Foreward Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Bravo Design Den LLC (“Foreward,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Foreward mobile application and related services (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who may use Foreward
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent, guardian, or other adult acting on behalf of a child to use the App. Foreward is intended for adults, not for use by children. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
2. What Foreward is — and is not
Foreward is an educational planning and organizational tool. It provides general information, milestone roadmaps, suggested activities, reminders, and links to third-party resources. Foreward is not a provider of professional services and the App’s content is for general informational and educational purposes only.
Not professional advice. Nothing in the App is, or should be relied on as, financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. We are not your advisor, doctor, or fiduciary. Always confirm important decisions and details with qualified professionals and official sources.
Not a screening or diagnostic tool. Foreward does not diagnose, screen for, or treat any developmental, medical, or psychological condition. Every child develops at their own pace. If you have any concern about your child’s health, development, or behavior, consult your pediatrician or a qualified professional — do not delay seeking advice because of anything in the App.
3. Activities and supervision — assumption of risk
The App suggests general activities, including physical activities for infants and children. These are optional suggestions, not instructions tailored to your child. You know your child best. You agree that you are solely responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate and safe for your child, for supervising your child at all times during any activity, and for stopping any activity if your child shows discomfort, resistance, or distress. Certain activities (for example, anything involving water, food or new textures, or new physical skills) carry inherent risks; consult your pediatrician about your child’s readiness. You voluntarily assume all risks arising from activities you choose to do with your child, and you release Foreward from any liability arising from them, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Foreward offers an optional paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscriptions are sold and billed through your app store (Google Play), subject to that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription in your app-store account settings, and may also reach that screen from the App’s Settings. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change; changes apply to future billing periods.
5. Third-party content and links
The App references third-party programs, websites, and services (for example, government programs, schools data, mapping results, and financial institutions). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy. Some outbound links may include tracking parameters; if we ever receive compensation for a referral, we will disclose it.
6. Your content and accounts
You are responsible for the information you enter (such as a child’s first name, date of birth, and ZIP code). You represent that you have the right to provide it. You retain ownership of your information; you grant us a limited license to process it to operate the App as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information, milestone, estimate, or recommendation will be accurate, current, or produce any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREWARD AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foreward and its owners from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court, you and Foreward agree to resolve any dispute relating to the App or these Terms through binding individual arbitration, not in court, under the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. You and Foreward waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@goforeward.app with your account email and the words “arbitration opt-out” within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the state and federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes; termination
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
